Purchase DVD

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
There is a single flat handling fee for each U.S. shipment plus an additional fee for each item on the same order.

  • $1.50 Each additional item
It is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. The standard shipping method will be US Postal Service or ground, which usually takes 3-7 business days after the order is processed and items are in stock. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order. Rush and Express delivery options are not available for shipments at this time.

To determine eligibility for international shipping, please contact us. We will send an e-mail to you to confirm your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note DVD is only available and compatible with NTSC Region 1 players.

A sales tax will be added to any order shipping within the State of Texas.
REFUND POLICY:
All sales are final. DVD may not be returned for a refund. Opened DVD may only be exchanged for the same title if product is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. Please note DVD is only compatible with NTSC Region 1 players. Encountering DVD problems in any other regions or formats will not be considered a product defect.

All defective items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in new condition, in the original undamaged packaging with UPC code. Any refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. No C.O.D.

We can only process exchanges for items that were purchased directly from Storm Pictures. Purchases made from a third party merchant or seller, must be returned to the merchant and are subject to the merchant's policies.
